After the TUBITAK ULAKBIM (Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Council National Academic Network and Information Center) report, Adiyaman University also showed a successful performance in the "US News Best Global Universities" ranking and found itself at the top of the list.

In the US News Best Global Universities ranking, which is shown among the most respected university rankings in the world, ADYU was declared the best 1401 university in the world, the best 436 university in Asia, and the 32 best university among 209 universities in Turkey.

ADYU also succeeded in being the 443th best university in the world in the field of Physics.

In the published report, it was announced that the ranking, which has been published regularly for 7 years, is carried out according to criteria such as global and local research projects, international collaborations, publications, and citations received by academicians.

In the ranking results, in which many universities from different countries of the world were included, universities in Turkey were also scored according to the determined criteria.

Speaking about the success achieved, Adiyaman University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Turgut emphasized the importance of being included in a prestigious ranking such as “US News Best Global Universities” and said, “As Adiyaman University, we are happy to be included in a prestigious ranking list. Since we took office, we have supported and continue to support all kinds of scientific studies at our University. We strive to take part in all kinds of projects that can benefit Adiyaman and Adiyaman University. As a team, we aim to raise the name of our University to the top.
